Topic: Coaching the 16 Types

Overview: This interactive session is an opportunity to learn from fellow coaches and from a Master TypeCoach facilitator about the strategies and approaches that work best with each of the sixteen personality types. We encourage dialogue around the extent to which “pure” coaching techniques can be adjusted effectively to accommodate individual personality type differences.
