Carly Toomey

Carly Toomey (ESTJ) is a co-founder of TypeCoach. Since 2005, she has consulted with more than 20 Fortune 500 companies, and trained thousands of leaders, future leaders, sales professionals, and executives all over the world. She has also certified dozens of internal and external corporate trainers.

Carly has been passionate about Personality Type since 1995, spending more than 30,000 hours studying the topic and is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a B.A. in Psychology.

Shauna Skinner

Shauna Skinner (ENFJ) joined our TypeCoach team in 2016 as one of our client partners. She is now our TypeCoach Academy Program Director and a TypeCoach Master Coach and Facilitator. She brings a wealth of business, international, and type-related experience to our team and clients.

Shauna has been a personality type enthusiast since 1994. She holds the MBTI® Master Practitioner designation, and she is also a certified MMTIC® practitioner, which is the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children®. In addition, Shauna earned a Bachelor of Management with great distinction from the University of Lethbridge in Canada.

Shauna has coached and facilitated programs with individuals, businesses, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and not-for-profits from around the world. She has had the unique opportunity to study and work in China for four years and then in Hong Kong for several months at a large multi-national corporation.

As a business owner and consultant since 2002, Shauna is well-equipped to bring the practical application of personality type to life in any setting.

Nicole Nix

Nicole (ISTJ) joined the TypeCoach team in 2013 and now oversees a wide range of responsibilities. These include key client interactions, account creation and site maintenance, managing key partner engagements, Keap outreach, and a host of critical administrative matters.

With a background in engineering, Nicole previously founded a manufacturing company and established her company as an industry leader both domestically and internationally. Product design and development have both been her passions and she continues to have the opportunity to utilize those skills at TypeCoach. Her role at TypeCoach helps drive the growth and development of the company in the ever-evolving world of personality type.

Julie Daysa

Julie (ISFJ) joined the TypeCoach team in 2020 as both an account manager setting up groups for partners and clients, as well as program coordinator supporting the certification courses at TypeCoach Academy. Previously she worked in the nonprofit sector, where her experience managing staff, volunteers, and interfacing with community businesses reinforced her appreciation for the adaptive communication tools TypeCoach develops.

Laura (ESFJ) joined the team in 2022 as a Client Service Specialist. Laura is here to serve our clients and partners with account and group requests and will also provide support for Certification Courses at TypeCoach Academy. Prior to coming to TypeCoach, Laura was a client support representative at a consulting firm in the banking industry, and had a long career in the airline industry working as a call center manager. Laura is passionate about customer service excellence and is excited to be working with TypeCoach.

Lilibeth Diane Yu

Lilibeth Diane Yu (ESTJ) joined the TypeCoach team in 2023 as a virtual assistant.

She aids the team in accomplishing day-to-day projects. Lilibeth also has experience managing organizations and individuals, being a former Student Council President and Editor-in-Chief in Ateneo de Davao University, where she graduated college, and a business owner in the Philippines. In addition to that, she is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer and Technician. 

Lilibeth graduated Class Valedictorian in both Elementary and High School. While she currently resides in the Philippines, she is Chinese and fluent in  five different languages.

Lisa (INFJ) joined TypeCoach in 2024 as an Account Manager. She has worked for over 20 years in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Career Coaching and Consulting both in the private and public sectors. In that time she has partnered with individuals and organizations in all stages of career, personal, and organizational growth, using a variety of assessment tools as a cornerstone of her work. She holds her M.Ed., in Counseling & Psychological Services from Springfield College, and has her graduate Executive Coaching Certificate from William James College.

Wilson Tan

Wilson Tan (ISTJ) joined the TypeCoach team in 2024 as a virtual assistant. He had previous experiences in the Telecommunications field as Design Engineer in the Philippines. In that time, he was involved with the analysis and management of radio frequency networks, and is now utilizing those skills to support the team in accomplishing daily tasks at TypeCoach. He’s also a licensed Electronics Engineer and Technician, and holds his bachelor’s degree from Ateneo de Davao University.

Pam Rechel

Pam (ENFJ) is a Type Coach and MBTI® Master Practitioner, a former member of the Association for Psychological Type Board Member and Portland Chapter Chair. When Pam was introduced to the TypeCoach tools in 2014, she immediately began using them solely with her executive coaching and organization consulting clients because she finds them so practical and allow clients to apply them quickly – and have fun doing it. 

When she’s not working with TypeCoach, Pam runs her own company called Brave Heart Consulting, where she uses her experience as an objective coach and change agent to help managers and executives solve their toughest business problems.

In her free time, she and her wife spend time at the ocean and mountains near Portland, Oregon and playing with their cat, Peaches.

Sarah Duncan (ENFJ) joined the TypeCoach team in 2020. She became a certified TypeCoach Facilitator in 2016 while working as a Global Talent Development Leader at Under Armour, Inc. There she observed first-hand the difference that understanding personality type makes in an organization, seeing team dynamics transformed after TypeCoach workshops.

As a member of the TypeCoach team and as a client partner, she loves facilitating TypeCoach workshops for groups across organizations and industries. In addition to her work in personality type, she is also an ICF Certified Coach and founder of her own coaching business which focuses on spiritual, life, and career coaching.

Pamela Hubbard

Pamela (INFJ) joined the TypeCoach team in 2021, providing expert facilitation of our TypeCoach Influence Course, in addition to her role on the Academy Team where she meets 1:1 with individuals to verify their best-fit type.   Pamela brings a wealth of Personality Type experience to our team, with over 30 years in a Fortune 50 company:  Leading & Facilitating high performing teams, Coaching individuals and leaders, Managing Change, Mediating Conflict, Improving Organizational Effectiveness and Leading Vibrant Living/Stress Reduction programs.

Pamela is a certified MBTI® practitioner, in addition to being certified as an Executive Coach and SoulCollage® facilitator.  She gains her energy by bringing her expertise of Personality Type to life in each interaction she has with individuals & teams; Enabling each one of them to better understand themselves, their needs, and the best ways to adapt their communication to form better relationships and build teams.  Pamela’s philosophy is based on a growth mindset.  We all can do exactly what we set our minds to.  Understanding ourselves is the starting point and it’s all up from there!

Pamela has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Capella University.

Chrissie Hiller

Chrissie Hiller (ESFJ) has over 20 years of learning and development and coaching experience in both financial services and in retail. Most recently Chrissie spent over seven years at TJX Europe as a learning and development manager, where she delivered the TypeCoach Influence Course both in a face-to-face setting and virtually. Chrissie joined the TypeCoach team in December 2021 to facilitate the Influence Course.

Chrissie is also a nutritional coach and personal trainer. She is passionate about helping others, and started her own coaching business in 2021.
