A printable version of our double-sided laminated resource, adapted from “Introduction to Type and Conflict,” by Damian Killen and Danica Murphy, aims to provide a process through which disagreements and conflict can be fully resolved. Each personality type approaches conflict with different priorities and areas of focus, so this map acts as a reminder to:

• not skip key parts of the process, and
• avoid trying to conduct different parts of the process at the wrong time.
