TypeTalk is a quarterly webinar series hosted by TypeCoach co-founders Rob and Carly Toomey. Topics vary, but always involve the practical application of personality type.
These two-hour TypeTalk webinars take you on a deeper dive into your understanding of type through engaging presentations, interactive breakout sessions, and large group discussion and reflections.
This interactive session is an opportunity to learn from fellow coaches about the strategies and approaches that work best with each of the sixteen personality types. We encourage dialogue around the extent to which “pure” coaching techniques can be adjusted effectively to accommodate individual personality type differences.
Each participant will receive the TypeCoach Coaching the 16 Types booklet.
Participants leave with three new skills that can be used to improve virtually all of their interactions:
Learn how and when to use personality types in coaching relationships.
Discover how coaching through the preferences can help your clients.
Learn how to align coaching with the four temperaments (SJ-SF, NT, NF).
"The TypeCoach Program allowed me to unlock a far deeper understanding of both myself, but more importantly how to think about the types and motivators of others. I feel like I now have this magic toolkit in my back pocket that I can apply to all different facets of life!"
- Erin Scannell, Director, Organizational Development, Foundation Medicine
"These tools are great to use with people to help them navigate their inner world as well as interact with those around them."
- Adam Rhoads, Chaplain, USAF

Giving feedback is challenging for almost anyone. How you deliver feedback very much depends on the personality type of the recipient. The type of feedback that one person finds inspiring and motivating, leaves another personality type feeling undervalued and demotivated. The good news is that there are some techniques that you can learn in this short, one-hour webinar, that can make all the difference in how your message is received. Learn the skill of providing customized, top-notch feedback that will increase the engagement and motivation of your direct reports and colleagues and leave them thanking you for your approach and perspective.
