Two of the most critical elements in the success of any team are the existence of high levels of trust, and a commitment to psychological safety. About Our Coaches

We have hand-selected experienced coaches and facilitators from our Master Certification graduate pool. These coaches not only have the expertise in the subject matter required to deliver the sessions listed above, they are all deeply qualified coaches with more than 15 years of experience in executive coaching. We provide clients with the professional bio for several coaches and allow the client to select from the list of options provided. We also encourage the team leader have a 1:1 intake call with their coach which is provided at no cost to ensure that there is a “fit” for the engagement.
