Two critical elements for all Super Teams
Two of the most critical elements in the success of any team are the existence of high levels of trust, and a commitment to psychological safety. Teams that have worked at peak performance together for long periods of time report high levels of both as essential ingredients. However, these do not form magically over time… they must be created by the team and there are many things that get in the way and/or slow down the process. Patrick Lencioni enumerates five team dysfunctions in his leadership fable and business handbook, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. We have hand-selected experienced coaches and facilitators from our Master Certification graduate pool. These coaches not only have the expertise in the subject matter required to deliver the sessions listed above, they are all deeply qualified coaches with more than 15 years of experience in executive coaching. We provide clients with the professional bio for several coaches and allow the client to select from the list of options provided. We also encourage the team leader have a 1:1 intake call with their coach which is provided at no cost to ensure that there is a “fit” for the engagement.
