In the Temperaments and Motivation webinar, you’ll gain new insight into what makes people tick and how to tailor your feedback differently to each of the four temperaments for maximum impact. Motivation and Feedback are great applications of the framework. I like that these focus on an existing management process (performance management), enable managers to tailor their approach to each report (platinum rule), and deliver immediate and long lasting results across teams. Practical. Scalable. Impactful.
