Recognize and Recover From the Grip of Stress
Each of the 16 personality types fit into four distinct groups when it comes to stress triggers, responses and ways of getting back to balance. These four groups have predictable and very different responses to moderate stress, and then an entirely different set of responses to extreme stress.
In this training program, you’ll go down the fascinating and highly interactive journey of learning how our brain is like a family of four in a car. You’ll learn top tips based on personality type for catching yourself and others in the “yellow zone” of moderate stress, as well as top tips for bringing yourself (and others) back to balance before the “red zone” of extreme stress sets in.
Participants leave with three new skills that can be used to improve virtually all of their interactions:
The ability to use knowledge of type to recognize the different ways people demonstrate and handle stress.
The ability to identify the impact of stress in order to replace judgement with a culture of grace and space.
The ability to build strategies using practical tips to help recover from stress and build capacity for resiliency.
